Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Beryl Window Care ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of providing window cleaning services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: when you request a quote or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and your answers to quote questions (such as property type, window count, and the services you're interested in).
  • Communications: records of calls, texts, and emails between you and us about quotes, scheduling, and service.
  • Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site secure and functioning.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To prepare and send your quote.
  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on service visits.
  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
  • To process payments and maintain business records.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your quote and service — such as confirmations, arrival updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect service-related calls or emails needed to complete work you've booked.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate — such as our website hosting, form processing, scheduling, and payment providers — and only as needed to provide their services to us.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

We keep quote and service records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep).
  • California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so no "Do Not Sell" opt-out is needed.
  • To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@rocamservices.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to your information to what's needed to serve you.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
